The Assistant Night Manager will help lead the Night Team and oversee all overnight operations, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges/revenues, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services. They will ensure the safety, security and smooth running of all other hotel operations in the absence of senior Management.
- A background in Hotel Front Office operations
- Experience in similar role (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of Opera
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
