**The YMCA of Brisbane** is one of South East Queensland's most recognisable not-for-profit community organisations. YMCA Social Impact is the benevolent arm of the YMCA which focuses on a range of services which include the YMCA vocational school, school breakfast programs, meals for the homeless, affordable housing and providing training to persons who would otherwise be at risk from unemployment.

**YMCA Op Shop Parkinson Warehouse** is currently recruiting a **Warehouse Manager** on a **permanent part-time basis**.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

A **Warehouse Manager** will ensure that both logistics and warehouse operations run efficiently as well as liaising regularly with the retail team to ensure stock needs are being met consistently.

Your duties will also include (but not limited to):

- Directly overseeing the receiving and distribution of donated products to ensure that stock is being distributed efficiently to desired locations.
- Coordinate incoming inventory deliveries and coordinate the schedule of deliveries.
- Ensure planning approaches are consistent with the organisational practise.
- Manage existing volunteer schedules and make any needed changes.
- Update and display the volunteer roster and ensure adequate volunteer numbers per shift to provide business continuity.
- Liaise with other Social Impact programmatic and capacity building areas to support the operation of both the warehouse and logistics operation.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Demonstrated experience working in Warehousing & Logistics
- Proficient with using Microsoft Suite software
- Previous management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Current Open Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates; or willingness to obtain
- Current Positive Notice Blue Card; or willlingness to obtain
