**About the Role**
As the Company Secretary for this organisation and its affiliates you will have a reporting line to the Board and the Directors while you work alongside the Group General Counsel and provide full oversight of the Company Secretary function. You will provide advice on Listing Rules, Corps Act, officeholder duties, co-ordinate Board and Committee meetings and papers and ensure correct meeting procedures are followed, and work with the Chairman and CEO to deliver first rate governance practices. You will assist with the instructions of the Board, induct new members, and assist preparing the annual report. This is a full time position.

**About You**
To be considered you must be Company Secretary who is commercially minded, including having spent time in an ASX listed entity doing company secretary work. Your interpersonal skills will be highly evolved, as you will be interacting with and influencing senior executives, and you will possess advanced communication skills. You will enjoy working in a technical environment, be well organised and details oriented. You will be able to work unsupervised and with autonomy.
