E&I Commissioning Engineer
to join our growing Operations business in Darwin, supporting one of our long-term client partners within the Oil & Gas industry on an established WA brownfields Engineering Service Contract. Based in Darwin, this is a permanent role and is available as a full-time / part-time (job share) basis.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Construction & Commissioning Manager, you will step into a dedicated client contract team. To be successful in your role, you will have prior commissioning experience in either Onshore or Offshore LNG within an EPCM engineering environment.
In Addition, You Will
Work with engineers and vendors in the design phases to align with commissioning activities
Provide technical commissioning input to deliver commissioning and execution
Supervision of some site commissioning activities
Create and carry out test procedures

Expected
You will be able to work lawfully in Australia and hold full working rights for Darwin location. If you have a visa application in progress, you are also encouraged to apply.
Suitably qualified with a degree in Electrical & Instrumentation (or a tertiary qualification supported with 5+ years of relevant industry experience). Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role as an E&I Commissioning Engineer within a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment, preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas / LNG industry.
In Addition, You Will Have
A demonstrated commitment to safety
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – both written and verbal
Previous experience in a role of commissioning engineering and coordination working in a project multidisciplined team
Experience of interpreting discipline documentation
Sound knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS)
Good knowledge and understanding of technical specifications
