As an end-to-end Test Manager, you will oversee the entire program testing process, including subsystems, unit testing, system testing, UAT testing, and non-functional testing such as performance and automation. You will define the overall Test Approach, develop the program Test Strategy, and create all necessary Test Plans. Additionally, you will manage the defect and configuration management processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
Leading the overall program test effort, you will be acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organisation. Your role will also consist of leading, mentoring, and managing a testing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Demonstrated ability to manage test assets and defect management processes efficiently.
- Experience with DevOps tool chains, including Confluence, Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Github, and Gitlab.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges, with a preference for experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
