**Job Title: Tech Lead - Erwin Data Modeller**
**Location: Melbourne**
**Experience Required: 8+ years**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead the data modeling efforts using **Erwin Data Modeler**:

- Design and maintain logical and physical data models for enterprise data systems
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to gather data requirements and translate them into data models
- Ensure data models support business processes and comply with data governance standards
- Review and optimize data models for performance and scalability

**Primary Skill**:

- Strong hands-on experience with **Erwin Data Modeler**

**Secondary Skills**:

- Good understanding of **Data Warehousing concepts**:

- Strong knowledge of **DDL (Data Definition Language)** and **DML (Data Manipulation Language)**:

- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience leading a small team or mentoring junior data modelers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term

Schedule:
