**The Opportunity**
Join our team as an Accounts Payable Officer We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle all aspects of accounts payable processing. Responsibilities include verifying invoices, reconciling accounts and ensuring timely payments.
Reporting to our Administration Manager the role is located in our Noble Park Support Centre working as part of a small team. This position is a permanent part time role (30 hours p/w). WFH arrangements possible.
**What you can expect as an Accounts Payable officer**
- Check accuracy of invoices and statements
- Input and code invoices
- Match invoices to Purchase Orders
- Entering credits and claims
- Point of contact for suppliers
- Perform reconciliations of supplier statements
- Maintain supplier details in system
- Calculate and enter rebates from suppliers
- Preparation of payment files
- Entering and allocation of ForEx suppliers and payments
- Trouble shoot stock issues with Warehouse & Inwards
**Here's what we're looking for**:
- Someone with a strong administrative/accounts background
- Industry experience is preferable but not essential
- An individual who is self motivated with strengths in time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment.
- A team-orientated mindset and approach.
