About the RoleJoin a high-performing HR Services team, supporting over 600 employees.
You'll be responsible for running end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance, and providing expert advice across a range of payroll-related matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume fortnightly payroll in CHRIS21Handle leave calculations, deductions, super, and taxReconcile timesheets and end-of-month reportsRespond to complex payroll queries with excellent serviceInterpret and apply Enterprise Agreement provisionsEnsure compliance with legislation, policies, and proceduresSupport Chris21 updates and assist in system improvementsPrepare reports and assist with audits and internal projectsLiaise with internal stakeholders including HR and FinanceWhat You'll BringExtensive experience with CHRIS21 – essentialStrong knowledge of Victorian Government payroll processesGreat attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to manage high-volume processingClear communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with WorkCover, garnishee orders, and payroll taxA proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvementQualifications & RequirementsRelevant degree or equivalent experience highly regardedPrevious experience in the public sector is preferredMust have full Australian working rightsWhy Join?
