As a Carer, you will enhance residents\' lives with compassionate care.
By understanding their needs and preferences, you create meaningful connections that support their well-being.
You will assist with personal and daily care, maintaining dignity and respecting routines, with the support of your team.Duties May IncludeAssistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plansAssistance with medication and simple wound dressingAssistance with activities under supervisionWorking with each resident to continue to do the things they loveAbout YouCertificate III in Individual Support or equivalentBe physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient mannerA born listener, you\'re genuinely curious to know and understand peopleYour care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagiousYou rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcomeIf you are passionate about making a difference and meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you
