Parttime or fulltime hours.Occassional metro and regional Vic travel requiredWe're looking for a hands-on Health and Safety Business Partner who can start immediately to join a passionate, purpose-driven team and provide practical, on-the-ground support across multiple sites.What you'll do:Partner with leaders and frontline staff to solve safety challengesConduct site visits, inspections and risk assessmentsSupport incident investigations and injury managementDeliver toolbox talks and training that stickContribute to improving policies, systems and safety cultureWhat you bring:Strong WHS experience in multi-site, people-focused environments (health/disability/community a bonus)Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance frameworksClear communicator with a problem-solving mindsetCurrent driver's licence + ability to travel occasionally to sitesSolid computer skills using Microsoft packagesThe deal:2–3 month temp rolePart-time or Full-time available, flexible working optionsImmediate startYou'll also need (or be willing to obtain):NDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckBe the safety partner who makes an immediate difference — apply now.Apply Now.Submit your resume today.For a confidential discussion, contact Ken on Applicants must have current Australian work rights.
