    We're looking for a hands-on Health and Safety Business Partner who can start immediately to join a passionate, purpose-driven team and provide practical, on-the-ground support across multiple sites.

    What you'll do:
    • Partner with leaders and frontline staff to solve safety challenges
    • Conduct site visits, inspections and risk assessments
    • Support incident investigations and injury management
    • Deliver toolbox talks and training that stick
    • Contribute to improving policies, systems and safety culture
    What you bring:
    • Strong WHS experience in multi-site, people-focused environments (health/disability/community a bonus)
    • Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance frameworks
    • Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
    • Current driver's licence + ability to travel occasionally to sites
    • Solid computer skills using Microsoft packages
    The deal:
    • 2–3 month temp role
    • Part-time or Full-time available, flexible working options
