We are looking for a Business Partner - Nutrition and Dietetic Services to join TASTELIFE team. This is an exciting opportunity for a **6-month Fixed-Term Contract** to cover **Parental Leave**, with the potential for extension to **10 months**.

**THE ROLE**

**Overall purpose of the role**
Responsible for the management and implementation of nutrition-focused solutions and providing SME - insights to improve organisational performance. This role will support key deliverables in current contracts and further advocate for and develop services packages to provide a market edge in nutrition and dietetic services. Contributing to the CGA pillars of - Safety, Operational Excellence, Market Leadership, Customer Experience, and Sustainable Operations. Ultimately playing an integral role in CGA's purpose of Serve a Better Future - by enriching people, communities and our planet.

**Role Duties and Requirements**

**Loading Leverage Nutrition and Dietetic Expertise for Operational Excellence and Efficiencies**
- Work collaboratively with culinary leads to support menu design and development
- Evaluate menus and recipes against national and evidence-based nutrition and sustainability standards and provide relevant recommendations
- Educate and embed behaviour change strategies into food concepts and services wherever applicable
- Manage the monitoring and evaluation of nutrition standards delivery
- Support menu and recipe compliance initiatives to meet best-practice standards
- Provide support for food waste reduction strategies
- Facilitate culinary team training and education to improve nutrition and dietetics service deliveries (e.g. allergy accommodations, dietary accommodations, etc.)

**Advocacy and Marketing of Nutrition and Dietetic Services for Greater Customer/Client Satisfaction**
- Maintain a data-informed nutrition/dietetic service packages, tailored to CGA's different sectors
- Identify service gaps through customer insights, and manage the proposal and delivery of services to address them
- Broaden client reach and embedment of Nutrition and Dietetic Team (NDT) services within current and future contracts
- Directly connect value-added services to client needs and objectives
- Manage the monitoring and evaluation of nutrition services delivery and impact measurements

**THE PERSON**
- Team leadership experience
- Tertiary qualification in nutrition and dietetics Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian with NSA/DAA
- Previous experience in food service and allergy management
- Previous 2-3 years in process and quality management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills Manages & prioritises own workload and meets deadlines
- Demonstrates ethical behaviour in accordance with professional standards, values, and policies
