We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, environmental, and quality management across all aspects of our operations.

We currently have an exisiting experienced team. This role will be responsible to streamlining current tasks, team requirements and promote the overall strategy,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Although we have a vast array of policies, develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, industry, and company standards.
- Oversee all aspects of safety, health, environment, and quality within the company, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the workplace to assess compliance with SHEQ standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on SHEQ-related matters, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key SHEQ metrics and performance indicators, ensuring targets are met.
- Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant laws.
- Deliver training and awareness programs to employees on SHEQ-related topics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve SHEQ performance across the company.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a SHEQ management role, ideally within the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of SHEQ standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with incident investigation, risk assessments, and audits.
- Relevant qualifications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring a safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible workplace.
