Looking for the next step in your PR career? UNTMD Media is looking for a PR Account Manager to join our growing team. We work across FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, property, start-ups, legal, NFPs and more, building stories that get noticed and campaigns that deliver real results. We're searching for someone who thrives on both sides of PR: the buzz of landing coverage and the strategy behind the scenes - managing clients, shaping content, and driving integrated campaigns across PR, social, influencers and talent.
About the Role
As our next PR Account Manager, you'll manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver standout campaigns across earned media, influencer and UGC programs, talent management, events and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison
Manage a portfolio of diverse clients, ensuring strategies are implemented and outcomes are met
Act as a lead on campaigns
Build strong relationships with clients, media, influencers and talent
Present campaign reports, coverage results and strategic insights to clients
Media, Influencer & Talent Engagement
Develop and pitch stories that generate strong media coverage
Manage influencer partnerships and UGC creators
Oversee talent and ambassador activity, from contracts to activations
Lead and support events, brand activations and social-first moments
Reporting & Growth
Track campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business pitches
What You'll Bring
3–4 years' PR experience (agency preferred)
Proven media relationships and coverage results
Strong influencer and talent management experience
Experience in events and activations
Confidence in being client facing and mentoring junior staff
Skilled across PR, social, content and influencer engagement
Organised, collaborative and calm under pressure
