We work across FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, property, start-ups, legal, NFPs and more, building stories that get noticed and campaigns that deliver real results. We're searching for someone who thrives on both sides of PR: the buzz of landing coverage and the strategy behind the scenes - managing clients, shaping content, and driving integrated campaigns across PR, social, influencers and talent.

About the Role

As our next PR Account Manager, you'll manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver standout campaigns across earned media, influencer and UGC programs, talent management, events and activations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Liaison

  • Manage a portfolio of diverse clients, ensuring strategies are implemented and outcomes are met
  • Act as a lead on campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with clients, media, influencers and talent
  • Present campaign reports, coverage results and strategic insights to clients

Media, Influencer & Talent Engagement

  • Develop and pitch stories that generate strong media coverage
  • Manage influencer partnerships and UGC creators
  • Oversee talent and ambassador activity, from contracts to activations
  • Lead and support events, brand activations and social-first moments

Reporting & Growth

  • Track campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business pitches

What You'll Bring

  • 3–4 years' PR experience (agency preferred)
  • Proven media relationships and coverage results
  • Strong influencer and talent management experience
  • Experience in events and activations
  • Confidence in being client facing and mentoring junior staff
  • Skilled across PR, social, content and influencer engagement
  • Organised, collaborative and calm under pressure
