**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced **Practice Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Supervise clinic staff and cultivate a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them advance in their careers.
- Assist the Lead Vet in overseeing financial management.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
- Work closely with veterinarians to enhance patient care and contribute to continuous service improvements.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar managerial role within a clinical environment.
- Cert IV Vet Nursing will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work with fellow team members and build rapport with clients.
- A desire to grow, learn and develop your career.
