Cement Australia is currently looking for a **Technology Analyst** to join our team at our head office in Darra.

**Your Opportunity**

As a Technology Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting Cement Australia's IT systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This hands-on role is based at our Darra head office and offers a balance of operational support, system management, and project work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical supports to users remotely and on-site.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and proactively prevent software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure as well as on-premises virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware ESX) and backup solutions (Commvault, Veeam).
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT equipment installation, maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor, manage, and restore IT systems, servers, databases, and networks.
- Implement business-approved IT changes and recommend business-grade IT solutions.
- Maintain IT security across equipment, systems, firewalls, and remote access.
- Liaise and support key site infrastructure that supports OT Systems and Applications
- Working closely with major sites to optimise necessary infrastructure use by the site
- Support disaster recovery readiness and maintain server rooms and facilities.
- Contribute to projects, including planning, implementation, and upgrades.
- Participate in on-call roster support as needed.
- Additional focus areas:_
- Deliver user training and help identify IT skills gaps.
- Review and update IT documentation and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.

**What You'll Bring?**
- Experience installing wide range of network and server infrastructure equipment
- Firewall management experience.
- Advance Network design and management experience.
- Experience and ability to design robust and redundant capable Infrastructure solutions
- Previous experience with Interactions with SCADA, PLC and process control environments.
- Administration experience in Citrix, Microsoft Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Disaster Recovery processes.
- Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, mining, or constructions industries.
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks independently or in a team.
- Ability to provide professional technical support, including over the phone.
- Tertiary qualification (preferably in IT) or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Certification and/or IT Helpdesk certification (desirable).
