What you'll do:

- Proposition strategy - Develop product and proposition strategies, in line with objectives and underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights
- Pricing and packaging - Own portfolio pricing & packaging, developing and testing alternative concepts and identifying opportunities for growth
- Product development - Support product development teams with prioritisation and development of roadmap, ensuring delivery of commercial and proposition objectives
- Change casing - Lead development of business cases, working closely with commercial & finance teams, considering both broader business and bottom line financial benefits and risks
- Go to Market - Own GTM plans and briefs for product and proposition changes and how they are delivered
- Managing change - Be the business owner for driving proposition changes working closely with technology, billing and operational teams
- Future orientated - Develops perspective on how the market landscape might evolve in the future and how our broadband business can be best positioned to capitalise (e.g. Smart Home's, Mobile convergence, Dual / Triple Play etc.)

What you'll bring:

- A strategic mindset - understands market landscape and can formulate plans to achieve a set of defined goals / objectives
- Aptitude for Problem solving - comfortable with thinking about a problem and providing plausible & creative solutions
- Commercial acumen - can build business cases and challenge business cases, with good excel proficiency
- Project Management skills
- able to manage and work with the wider business to launch new products / features
- Delivery Experience - has a proven track record in a previous proposition or commercial roles. Able to succeed in a high profile, pressurised environment where multiple high-profile projects are managed at once
- Great communication - able to communicate confidently, adapt style and influence stakeholders from multiple different teams and varying levels of seniority

Team Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join us and lead our Sky Broadband team. This role sits within the Sky Broadband Propositions team, which is responsible for leading the development of new & maintaining existing products, propositions, and services to help us drive growth. As a Propositions Lead, you and your team will be responsible for setting strategy, developing a roadmap, building strong commercial plans and bringing these to market for both new & existing customers.
