We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service industry, to join our Dynamic team in Townsville.
Being the first point of contact for the branch and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as managing sales processes from beginning to end.
This position will be reporting to the Branch Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:Process orders via phone and emailProvide customer service- counter sales and via phoneAttend to general and sales enquiriesAssist with pick packing ordersWho are you?
Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous Good Customer service skills through proven work historyGood verbal and written skillsComputer literate at an intermediate levelThe ability to multitask and priorities your workloadsGood knowledge within our industryTeam player to support other areas when requiredWhy Us?
