Workfast is currently seeking a Sales Associate to work closely with the Principal. We are looking for someone that is extremely motivated, has a strong eye for detail & has a can do attitude.

The role of the Sales Associate is to generate new business opportunities for the Principal through a range of prospecting techniques, while they are continuing to learn all the skills of a successful agent. They have the opportunity to nurture contacts and create long lasting relationships.

**_Your responsibilities would include: _**
- Organise and run Open for Inspections and private inspections
- Attend property appraisals with the lead principal
- Follow up all buyer enquiries
- Data entry of all information in to the CRM
- Preparing price reports and appraisals to estimate properties value
- Preparing sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparable, form 6's, form 9's etc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation
- Assist in social media management and campaigns
- Schedule and attend photoshoots, valuations, building and pests, and inspections
- Schedule and attend settlement, pre appraisal and post appraisal packs

**_To be successful for this role, you must have:_**
- Industry standard certifications (QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration)
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Thrive in a high paced environment
- A high level of motivation
- Time management skills
- Ability to handle and overcome objections
