We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registeredPsychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellorto join our dynamic team as an On-Site Consultant.
Onsite workplace support needs including Walk and Talk, one on one counselling, Toolbox meetings, lunchtime awareness sessions, peer supervision for managers and general support.
Please note that a full mine induction (including medical assessment and a drug and alcohol screening) may be required prior to commencement.
About The Role
In this role, you will:
Provide high-quality counselling services at the client sites
Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in allied health
Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
Is caring, compassionate and driven to make a positive difference in people's lives
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and across multiple customer locations
