We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling, crisis response, workplace pastoral care services, training, conflict resolution and consulting services. We are a wholly Australian owned organisation with the wellbeing of people and their workplaces at the heart of all we do.

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor to join our dynamic team as an On-Site Consultant.

Onsite workplace support needs including Walk and Talk, one on one counselling, Toolbox meetings, lunchtime awareness sessions, peer supervision for managers and general support.

Please note that a full mine induction (including medical assessment and a drug and alcohol screening) may be required prior to commencement.

About The Role

In this role, you will:
  • Provide high-quality counselling services at the client sites
  • Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
  • Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
  • Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in allied health
  • Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
  • Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Is caring, compassionate and driven to make a positive difference in people's lives
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and across multiple customer locations
