**About the Role**

DOGUE Balmain is currently seeking a new team member to our "work family" on a Full Time basis.

In this busy role, you will be responsible for:

- Meeting and greeting customers and taking phone enquiries and bookings
- Taking grooming notes and communicating them with the groomers
- Retail sales and customer satisfaction helping to reach sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Supervising doggy daycare, keeping the facility clean and conduct dog walks, health and behaviour checks and lots of love of course
- Take pride in product merchandising displays and store presence ensuring all is fully stocked and keeping up with new season campaigns

**About you**
- An outgoing, proactive and driven personality
- Ability to multi-task between two legged and four legged clients
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Minimum 1-2 years retail experience
- Previous experience working with dogs or in a grooming or vet clinic is extrremely beneficial
- Must be available full time including Saturday
- Must have dog handling skills
- Must love dogs
