**Kitchen Supervisor**

Reporting to the Franchise Partner and managing a small kitchen based team you'll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of product quality and food consistency.

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early?

To be successful you'll have:

- Experience using commercial grade knives

**Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes**
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team

**Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required**

**Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices**
- Maintaining stock levels

**Leading a small team to give our Soul Origin customers an excellent experience.**

**What You Need to Succeed**

The successful applicant will possess the following:

- A minimum of 3-4 YEARS' EXPERIENCE as a Kitchen supervisor.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade
- A current Food Safety Certificate will be advantageous
