**About the role**
As a BaptistCare at Home Administration Officer you will support our Administration Team at Elderslie. You will work closely with our customers and our care workers to ensure service requests and changes are clearly communicated. You will assist our site with administrative functions.

**About you**
- 12 months minimum, knowledge and experience in an administrative role
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work
