Greencross 13VETS is a dedicated team of Vet Nurses who provide general advice, book appointments, triage calls, manage online bookings, respond to website inquiries, and handle client reminders for Greencross clinics. This is a fixed-term, remote-based contract allowing you to work part-time while experiencing a fast-paced industry.
About the RoleWe are looking for applicants who have availability across Monday to Saturday. Ideally available to start at either 8:00am or 12:00pm AEST. Please submit in your application your available days, hours, and expected hours per week. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, or if you\'re based in Sydney, you're welcome to use our head office in North Ryde.
Responsibilities- Provide general veterinary reception support, including booking appointments and triage calls.
- Answer phone inquiries, respond to Greencross website inquiries, and manage client reminders.
- Support online bookings and provide high-quality customer service.
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience.
- Clinically experienced and passionate about customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Confident in making accurate triage decisions over the phone.
- Working knowledge of RxWorks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Remuneration is aligned with the Veterinary Nurse Award Wage. Ideally available to start in September, with two weeks of full-time training or three weeks of part-time training.
Location and Work ArrangementsHybrid/remote-based role with the option to work from home. If located in Sydney, you may also use the Greencross head office in North Ryde.
