Set in an idyllic coastal environment with abundant indoor and outdoor spaces, the program at Balnarring ELC stimulates children's cognitive and social development, while kindergarten and extended Bush Kinder programs inspire the senses and allows the children to explore their natural environment.

Balnarring ELC is located just minutes away from Balnarring Primary School and has it's own on site parking.

To be successful you will have:

- Diploma or certificate 3 in early childhood or ACECQA approved
- Current WWCC
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Child Protection Training
- Red Nose training (willingness to obtain)
- Food Safety (willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills,
- Understanding of the approved learning frameworks and the requirements under the National Quality Framework
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours if an education and care service
- A team player with a strong focus on community
- Meet the mandatory vaccination requirements

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $38.00 per hour
