**As the Executive Assistant, your tasks will include the following**:

- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and requests for the Director
- Coordination of travel
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Provide end-to-end meeting support
- Attend client meetings at TopGolf
- Attend networking events
- Attend breakfast and lunch meetings
- Deliver leads to sales team
- Assist with office financial administration, records management, and other ADHOC administrative duties.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience working within an administrative, executive assistant, reception, or customer service role
- Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems, Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal literacy skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Desire to network and build connections
- Valid drivers license and access to vehicle
- **Availability to commence immediately**

Initial interviews will be held with a Consultant from Beaumont People prior to being presented for a specific role. You may also be required to complete computer skills testing which we will arrange free of charge.
