From our newest location in **Yatala**, our in-house bakery supplies our 25 lunch vans, servicing local suburbs between Gold Coast and Brisbane, with fresh and delicious pies, sausage rolls, cakes and slices on a daily basis.

- Great pay rate from **$32 per hour** casual adult rate (21+), dependent on age, experience/qualification
- At least **3-5 shifts per week**, with the potential to offer regular shifts to 40 hours per week
- **Monday to Friday** 8 hour shifts between the hours of 4.00am - 3.00pm
- We can **negotiate **hours and shift length to help fit in with your lifestyle and other commitments
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle needed due to limited public transport options

**Role tasks and opportunities**
- Adhere to Safe Food Handling procedures/HACCP, leading by example with no exceptions, health and safety first
- **Operate bakery equipment, **including **pastry sheeting experience **ideal
- essential for preparation and weighing of ingredients, mixing, making and **sheeting pastry**:

- Oven work and **baking**:

- Practicing **cleanliness and hygiene** at all times
- Maintaining and **cleaning** equipment and facilities
- The physical nature of the role requires **bending, lifting, twisting, stretching **and **reaching forward** on a frequent basis, with **repetitive **tasks also requiring the ability to stand in the one place for extended periods of time
