Reporting to the AV & Video Production Manager, you will be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content across multiple platforms.
This is a versatile position where you will also manage, maintain, and operate equipment for daily shows, presentations, and special events.
Duties Include :
Pre-production, filming, and post-production editing for YouTube episodes, ensuring brand compliance and adherence to policies and guidelines.
Pre-production, filming, and editing for social media, television, media, advertising, and internal content.
Voice-over, field and location recording, audio mixing, and mastering.
Script editing to meet project requirements.
Operation of audio equipment and systems, including live audio setup and installation.
Operation and maintenance of digital and analog mixing consoles, live audio systems, and wireless frequency management.
Operate and maintain sound and vision recording, mixing, and production equipment.
Operate visual equipment, including live vision mixing, system maintenance, and remote camera operation.
Facilitate live streamed events such as zoo event days, weddings, proposals, and live shows.
Maintain zoo equipment, including repairs of AV and electrical gear, fixed PA systems, and cameras.
Design, assemble, operate, and maintain sound and vision recording and production equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with audio and music systems, applying knowledge to unique situations.
Gain knowledge of production software and hardware.
Execute practical tasks related to AV software used within the department.
Assist with external inquiries regarding events and equipment.
Participate in training and development programs as requested.
Liaise with other departments for filming, rehearsals, training, and equipment maintenance and installation.
Essential Criteria :
Full availability and flexibility to work all days, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
Proficiency in editing with Premiere Pro, with skills in After Effects and Photoshop.
Proven ability to operate AV equipment in live environments.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Criteria :
Experience in a similar role.
