MERCHANDISE PLANNER | BRAS N THINGS | PYRMONT
We are recruiting for an all-round awesome Merchandise Planner to join our growing Bonds Planning team on an Fixed Term, up to 12 Month contract. You play a pivotal support role to the Senior Merch Planner in the maximising of sales through effective planning, quantification, analysis, and proactive management of financials including Open to Buy.
Planning across a growing category means you need to be a strong and confident stakeholder manager who can network, engage with and foster relationships across the business. You are highly numerate and analytical and love working in tandem with the Buying team to trade your business efficiently and effectively.
Your Mentor and Manager, an open-minded, experienced and flexible Senior Merchandise Planner, will provide you with high levels of guidance and development opportunities that will allow you to hone your planning and analysis skills and build on your existing planning foundations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive future strategy
- Own your categories - full life cycle product management
- Achieve business objectives through analysis, reporting, measurement of sales, margin and inventory
- To monitor and flag current and projected stock levels to achieve Retail Sales and Gross Profit plans
- Support international regions, with the objective to support growth in these channels

What experience do I have?
- Proven track record in Merchandise Planning with experience in a similar role
- Able to work collaboratively, take on feedback and switch gears quickly and seamlessly
- Confident and effective communicator
