Edmen Community Staffing Solutions, in partnership with NNA Direct Support Service, invites you to join our team of dedicated Community Care Workers. We're on a mission to provide exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities, right in the comfort of their own homes.

**?**Your Qualifications and Skills?**
We're looking for individuals who are not only qualified but deeply passionate about helping others. To excel in this role, you should:
Hold a Cert III in an industry-related qualification or higher

Hold a Working With Children Check

Have an NDIS Worker Screening Check

Maintain a current First Aid & CPR certificate

Be available to work overnight active shifts

Obtain manual handling mandatory training

Experienced using a blood pressure cuff

As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our participants. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing domestic assistance, meal preparation and manual handling
- Support participants in setting and achieving their goals
- Assisting with toileting, personal care assistance & blood pressure monitoring
