Our Support Workers work closely with our Care Managers to deliver a personalised support service to clients living in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a support role.
  • Sound manual handling knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
  • A current driver's license and reliable car for work purposes.
