About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering expert care services for older adults with complex mental health issues.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions and care plans to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
Providing care coordination for older adults with complex mental health issues.
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions and care plans.
Developing and delivering educational programs for healthcare professionals.
