We achieve our Vision and Purpose by delivering on our goals and values.Our GoalsGrow revenue ahead of marketBusiness transformationOur ValuesEmpowerment: Step up and be accountablePossibilities: Always evolve and improveCommunity: Strong teams, better togetherKey AccountabilitiesCustomer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages, including but not limited to lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.Espresso Machine Operation: Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.Bean Grinding: Grind coffee beans to the appropriate coarseness for each order, ensuring freshness and flavour.Milk Steaming: Steam and froth milk for use in various coffee beverages, achieving the desired consistency and temperature.Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee drinks by monitoring brewing time, water temperature, and ingredient proportions.Handle Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately.Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
