About the Role
Work on parenting and property disputes, divorce, intervention orders, and related matters
Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
Prepare briefs to counsel and attend court and mediation
Manage files with support from senior lawyers
Regular client contact
About You
Admitted with 1 year PAE in family law
Ready to work full-time from the office to learn on the job
Good drafting and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
