**ARE YOU THE DISPATCH** **TEAM LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**

**THE ROLE REPORTS** to the Dispatch Manager, to work Mondays to Fridays, approximately 6:45 am to 2:45 pm.

**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**
- Must hold a LF forklift license
- 2-3 years in a DISPATCH Team Leader role, ideally in the fresh food production industry, warehousing or logistics role with team leadership experience.

**KEY DUTIES**
- Managing the Dispatch team efficiently to ensure customer order fulfillment are delivered on time
- Promote a safe and productive working environment for all team members
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
- Communicate well both written and verbally
- Work well within a team environment
- Showing commitment, reliability, and motivation
- Respond calmly when faced with obstacles
