Job Opportunity: ICT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT operations specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 (basic) support for all departmental products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with departmental products and services at level 2
  • Log and assist with logging support requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain and administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints efficiently
  • Audit and manage assets owned by the department, located at unit sites effectively
  • Coordinate and assist with product upgrades, updates, and maintenance activities
  • Participate in product testing and evaluation activities to ensure quality and reliability
  • Triage support requests and participate in incident response and resolution processes
  • Conduct regular maintenance according to the department's Maintenance Management System

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT administration and management
  • Knowledge of physical and virtual network devices and systems
  • Previous experience working in IT cross-functional or project teams
  • Previous experience working on ADF systems and networks
  • Must hold an active NV2 security clearance as a requirement

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Powershell scripting and automation
  • Understanding of cyber security principles and best practices
