As Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics, you will leverage data and cutting-edge analytical techniques to derive actionable insights and recommendations to enhance Westpac's marketing strategy and tactics.
As a top-gun data practitioner yourself, you are comfortable with getting things done individually, and able to lead a project team with diverse skillsets to scale up when needed.
You will also be skilled at engaging stakeholders from across the bank, including senior executives, and injecting your business acumen into the analysis to nail the "so what".
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and reporting tools to ensure high data quality and consistency.
Understand customer behaviour and preferences to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
Evaluation of customer funnel and lifecycle efficiency evaluation Manage Data Science, Insights and Martech projects end to end using project management methodologies for successful delivery.
Drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives, including model governance and compliance with ethical standards.
What do I need?
Proven success in marketing analytics, such as segmentation and predictive analytics.
Strong technical skills in Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation.
Proficient in coding and using AI coding tools like Github copilot is desirable.
Hands on experience with data preparation and big data/cloud platforms to ensure data quality and scalability.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex insights.
