**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our Overseas Sourcing team. As Category Manager you will be responsible for managing supplier selection and performance, making sure that we have the right mix to achieve our company goals and deliver greatness for our customers. The position involves extensive travel (mainly Southeast Asia, India and China), building strong relationships with our suppliers.
- You'll be helping to drive new product development
- Set up new trade agreements
- Factory and supplier visits to ensure that we are all aligned on living the Reece values and investing in the future
- Reporting and budget management

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Category management experience, with some overseas supplier management experience
- You'll have a strong understanding of Trading Agreements to enable supplier set up
- Experience with freight, logistics and stock forecasting processes
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally at Reece and with our external partners and suppliers.
