**About the Role**:
The Patient Access and Flow Medical Administration Registrar would provide on-the-ground troubleshooting and support for the access and flow team and the various medical units they would work with. They will work with the General Manger Emergency (MMC) and Patient Flow, Patient Access and Flow Team and Medical Services (DMS) to provide professional leadership and clinical guidance in relation to strategic and operational projects as required, focusing on:

- Developing and providing medical leadership within the Patient Access and Flow Team businesses, with a focus on business continuity and incident management, and particularly capacity management.
- Developing and exercising skills in medical leadership and management in relation to the planning, strategy and operational management of medical services relating to Patient Access and Flow activities which enable the provision of quality, safe patient care.

- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications
- Working with Children's Certificate
