Step into an impactful, newly created role at Lion, where as a Procurement Controls Specialist you'll manage and influence stakeholders to meet their business needs using Lion's contracted suppliers. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- Support the business by linking business needs to contracted suppliers to manage risk and drive value
- Manage stakeholders to promote effective business partnerships and adherence to procurement policies.
- Approve all new supplier set ups and own the process for ensuring compliance amongst the business
- Implement a streamlined process for managing our contracted supplier listing.
- Identify value-creation opportunities in the indirect tail spend and complete end to end sourcing for these opportunities, driving cost savings and added value across the business.
- Manage relationships with Lion's suppliers alongside the Category Managers throughout the sourcing process.

**What kind of experience and knowledge are we looking for?**
- ** Experience**: Minimum 3 years in procurement, with knowledge of procurement policies, controls, and SAP.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
- ** Skills**: Strong business partnering abilities, commercial and technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
