**About the role**

As the Service Delivery Business Advisor - CSI, you'll play a key role in aligning the Customer Service Integration (CSI) program with Service Delivery's strategic goals. You'll bring deep operational insight, challenge assumptions, and ensure the program delivers long-term value and outcomes that meet business needs. This role is critical in maintaining alignment between transformation initiatives and organisational objectives.

Day to day, you'll:

- Provide strategic guidance and specialist advice to the CSI program, ensuring alignment with Service Delivery's priorities and business needs.
- Act as the key liaison between the CSI program and Service Delivery Leadership, representing Service Delivery's interests and facilitating alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assess and advise on trade-offs, risks, and funding requirements to ensure the CSI business case reflects Service Delivery's highest priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Service Delivery and CSI to ensure effective engagement, decision-making, and approvals throughout the program lifecycle.
- Monitor program progress and impacts, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and remain within risk tolerance.
- Communicate strategic changes and provide regular updates on CSI program milestones, risks, and achievements to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and aligned ways of working with the Change Delivery & Optimisation Team and other business stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

This role is a **12-month Max Term** opportunity.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- Extensive experience in the superannuation industry and ART with a working knowledge of Service Delivery operational practices is required.
- Demonstrated high-level technical knowledge of ART's ways of working, products, processes and systems, particularly those used in Service Delivery.
- Proven ability to effectively plan, priorities and manage multiple and competing activities including leading the work of other change and business resources directly or indirectly as required.
- Significant knowledge of the laws and regulations within financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate to achieve the right outcomes for ART members and the broader industry.
- Ability to critically assess complex information, extract insights and simplify for communication to others (both oral and in writing).
