**About the Role**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centered care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:
Personal care & daily living support
Community access & social activities
Meal preparation & household tasks
Medication assistance & transport

**What We're Looking For**:
? **Minimum 1 year of experience** in disability
? NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
? First Aid & CPR certification
? Reliable transport & valid driver's license (preferred)
? Genuine compassion and a positive attitude
