**KMT** is a leading provider of **masonry services, specializing in brick and block laying**, and we are seeking highly skilled and experienced **Level 3 Rope Access Technicians** to join our growing team. A significant portion of this role will involve brick and block laying at height.

**About the Role**:
As a Level 3 Rope Access Technician at KMT, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at height using rope access techniques, with a primary focus on brick and block laying. You will work as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Perform brick and block laying at height using rope access techniques.**:

- Perform a range of other tasks at height, including brick and block laying and remedial works.
- Conduct pre-use equipment inspections and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Adhere to all company and site-specific safety procedures and regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments and method statement development.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and personnel on site.
- Mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 Rope Access Technicians (we have level 1 technicians at the company).

**Qualifications**:

- Valid and current IRATA or SPRAT Level 3 Rope Access Certification.
- Proven experience as a Level 3 Rope Access Technician (no minimum number of years experience as long as certified)
- Extensive knowledge of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong understanding of relevant safety legislation and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks at height, including heavy lifting associated with brick and block laying.
