We have a one-company, one-team mentality, constantly seeking ways to add value to our clients and your career objectives.About the roleWe are currently seeking a senior associate to join our Construction and Infrastructure team on a full-time permanent basis.Our practice will provide you the opportunity to undertake contentious construction law work.
Strong skills and experience in this area of practice are required.To be successful in this role you will ideally have at least 5+ years of construction experience at a well-regarded firm or sophisticated in-house environment.
You will be commercially astute, have a strong eye for detail, and be a team player.

She has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution in the project management, construction, engineering, and infrastructure project sectors.What does the role involve?
Drafting and negotiating construction documentationProviding advice and managing construction disputes including adjudicationsRunning litigation matters primarily in the supreme court and arbitrations, across various jurisdictions internationally and in AustraliaActive participant in business development and client relationship activitiesDevelop the capacity of colleagues to deliver high-quality legal advice through on-the-job training and supervision, team meetings, and matter de-briefsContribute to the firm's learning and development program in the area of specialtyContribute knowledge and learning resources, including precedentsWe look to recruit talented people, then provide the opportunities and support for them to achieve their best.
