About the Role

The Experience Designer will achieve success by designing innovative, intuitive, functional

and experiences while acting as an advocate for the user on each project.

In this role you will:
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distil down complex actions into- usable interfaces guided by user research and testing.- Craft beautiful designs that will inform an accessible design language that will drive greater efficiency through well-defined, reusable and cross-platform components.- Work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary product design & scrum development teams to define the user experience for services on our website and spot opportunities to enhance usability.- Be an ambassador for innovation - help to define, train and implement innovative- design processes.- Identify hurdles and delays our customers may feel while using our products and services and attempt to minimise them.

About you:
This is an exciting role for a Experience Designer looking to deliver beautifully crafted experiences for our customers predominantly across our native AGL mobile app (iOS & Android).- Demonstrate a deep understanding of interaction design principles, user interface design patterns and standard HCD methodologies.- High-level proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma.- Experience in a digital Agile environment working closely with developers.- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders professionally
- and effectively.- You are a positive and resilient personality that embraces feedback and has a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
