**The Sugar Gum Hotel **located in **Hillside **is a PLG venue looking for **Food & Beverage Attendants, **previous experience as Bar Attendants is highly regarded. The venue boasts a spacious family bistro, large kids areas to keep them entertained for hours, plus a casual area referred to as 'the social' to enjoy a cocktail.

Operating as part of the wider Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) group, Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) has an exciting portfolio consisting of 14 hotel and club venues located across greater Melbourne.

**Duties**
- Promote products & services to customers
- Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Provide food and beverage service
- Provide a link between kitchen & service areas
- Prepare the dining room for service
- Work with colleagues & customers
- Follow health, safety and security procedures
- Assist in general cleanliness of room including mopping of floors and removal of linen and rubbish as required

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
- Experience working behind a bar serving/making drinks
