Rogue is Newstead's OG neighbourhood restaurant offering a relaxed 5-course degustation menu that changes monthly.
Known for our range of dego menus that cater to most dietary requirements, our intention has always been simple: to offer an inviting, welcoming approach to fine dining, offering thoughtful food executed with precision.We also work alongside our sister venue (literally right next door), The Refinery, one of Brisbane's Best Wedding Venues.We're a tight-knit team that hustles with the goal of being the best in everything we do, but most importantly maintaining a friendly work environment and a positive work culture.THE ROLEWe're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our dream team who will be responsible for:Ensuring the smooth-running of daily servicesGeneral supervision and training of floor staffManaging reservations, greeting and seating guestsOptimising workflows and proceduresMonitoring emails and general adminAssistance to the General ManagerFuture opportunities for career progressionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWorking days are Wednesday-Sunday (afternoon til late)Someone with previous experience in a similar role to bring a fresh perspectiveSomeone well-presented and personableSomeone knowledgable in food and wine (wine training highly regarded)Exceptional time management and communication skillPAY & PERKS$80-$90k per annum (depending on experience) + SuperStaff meals includedOpportunity for great tips
