Overview

As our drive to provide our guests with exceptional customer focused service continues - we are seeking highly motivated, experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team.

As Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include the management of a friendly team of staff, smooth running of operations, and assisting with the many dynamic functions and events that we host throughout the year, all the while upholding our high standard of customer service. We aim to provide amazing experiences for all of our guests with a laser focus on exceptional customer service and outstanding quality food and beverage offerings.

As a family run business with eyes on expansion - our current venues include The Garden Room in Roma Street Parkland and Riva Kitchen + Events, Hamilton Northshore with venue #3 onboarding within the coming few weeks in fabulous New Farm.

Responsibilities

Manage a friendly team of staff and ensure smooth operations; assist with dynamic functions and events; uphold high standards of customer service; lead a customer-centric culture; jump in where needed during services.

Requirements / Skills & Attributes
  • Experience in the same or similar role
  • Function & event operations experience
  • The ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Excellent communication and staff supervisory skills
  • The ability to think outside the box when it comes to providing solutions and problem solving
  • An upbeat and motivating personality that encourages staff to do their best
  • Immaculate presentation
  • A hands on supervisor approach that leads by example
  • A passion for customer focused service
